・仲間がいることに感謝します。毎日笑顔で過ごせるのは、仲間のおかげです。ありがとう。

・息子と娘が無事に帰宅していることに感謝します。息子と娘が無事に過ごしてくれることが大きな喜びです。

・今日、食事のワークをすることになったことに感謝します。食との関わりについて勉強したかったからです。

・今あるお金に感謝します。快適な生活を送ることができています。

・仕事があることに感謝します。今後も安心して生活できるからです。

・ザ・マジックに感謝します。ザ・マジックのおかげで、毎日素敵な人だねと言われて嬉しいです。

・素直で明るく可愛らしく産んでくれた両親に感謝します。おかげで周りの人から愛されています。

・毎日の健康に感謝します。生き生きと伸び伸びと心も体も動かすことができます。ありがとうございます。

２年前の感謝ワーク。今書き写して、今日もそんな1日だったなと振り返る。職場の人たちと笑い合ったな。ご飯が食べられたな。仕事もやりきったな。健康に過ごせたな。２年前、どのような気持ちで書いたのかもわからない。嘘か本当かも分からない。けれど、残っている文章は、美しい。よく頑張った。よく積み上げた。ありがとう。

・I am grateful to have friends in my life. It is thanks to them that I can spend every day with a smile. Thank you.

・I am grateful that my son and daughter came home safely. It brings me immense joy that they are doing well.

・I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in today’s meal – focused exercises. It’s because I wanted to learn more about my relationship with food.

・I am grateful for the money I have right now. It allows me to live a comfortable life.

・I am grateful to have a job. It allows me to live with peace of mind going forward.

・I am grateful for “The Magic”. Thanks to “The Magic”, I feel happy when people tell me every day what a lovely person I am.

・I am grateful to my parents for giving birth to me and raising me to be honest, cheerful, and sweet. Thanks to them, I am loved by the people around me.

・I am grateful for my daily health. It allows me to move my mind and body freely and with full energy. Thank you so much.

Transcribing these two years ago gratitude practice today, I look back and realize today was another day like that. I shared laughs with my coworkers. I had a good meal. I gave my work everything I had. I spend the day in good health. I don’t even know I was feeling two years ago when I wrote these words. I don’t know what was truth and what was just wishful thinking. But the words that remain are beautiful. I worked hard. I built this up step by step. Thank you.
