Even now, I still handwrite a diary like this in my notebook every morning starting at 5:00 AM. And every night, I update this blog while looking back at my diary entries from two years ago. It’s fascinating. The things I’m grateful for are almost the same as today. However, back then, I definitely had financial anxieties. I also harbored complex feelings toward my mother, the kind that anyone might experience. But I decided to trust in gratitude work. Putting my personal emotions, circumstances, I chose to focus solely on what I had in the present and write down only the things I could be grateful for. Every morning, I kept hacking my brain with gratitude – all to be truly happy.
