①父に感謝します。今まで私を育て、養ってくれてありがとう。一人の子どもを何不自由なく育てるために、どれだけのお金が必要だったことか。いつも快く私にお金をかけてくれてありがとう。そして、私の進む道を大きく見守ってくれてありがとう。それから、私がお父さんからもらった一番素敵なものは、明るく前向きな心、考え方です。辛いことがあっても、頑張れる。前を向いて生きることができる力をもらったと思っています。それから、なぜか周りの人から愛される不思議な力。偉い人に引き立てられたり、周りの人がどんどん味方になってくれたり。素敵な人が周りに集まって、そういう人たちに支えられて、毎日過ごしています。お父さんの強運は、私の娘にも遺伝していて、娘は本当に運がいいと自負しています。素敵なものを残してくれてありがとう。息子が特に目上の男性に可愛がられるのも、お父さんのおかげだと思っています。ポジティブマインドをありがとう。
②母に感謝します。いつも私や姉のことを一番に考えて支えてくれてありがとう。小さい頃は口うるさいなと思っていたけど、私も子どもを育てていると分かる。愛情深く育ててもらったんだと分かる。毎日毎日愛情を注いでもらったおかげで、私も人を大切にすることを学んだし、愛情を素直に表現しながら子育てすることができました。いつもそばで、一番の味方でいてくれてありがとう。
③息子に感謝します。息子は愛のかたまり。生まれてきてくれたことに感謝しています。息子がいてくれたから、今まで生きてこられました。息子の笑顔にいつも支えられて、泣き顔も可愛くて、息子が生まれてから、世界が素晴らしいものになりました。息子には、今までたくさん心配かけたと思うけど、もう、大丈夫。今まで支えてくれてありがとう。息子の幸せ、人生を心から応援しているから、やりたいことなんでもやってみてね。私に気を使わずに、人生を生き生きと楽しんで。今まで支えてくれてありがとう。心から感謝。
④娘に感謝します。新しい価値観で伸び伸び生きることを教えてくれました。娘のおかげで、自分の人生を考えるようになった。楽しんで生きる。主体的に生きる姿を見せてくれてありがとう。これからも思うままに生きる娘の姿を楽しみにしています。
⑤日本に生まれたことに感謝します。とても豊かに生活しています。
⑥今まで無事に生きてこられた感謝します。大きな病気にかかることなくまいにち元気に過ごせたことに感謝します。
⑦友人に感謝します。友人がメンターになってくれたおかげで、感謝の気持ちを表現し始めました。
⑧世界中で働いているお金に感謝します。私や家族を羽ばたかせてくれてありがとう。
Day 15
1 I am grateful to my father. Thank you for raising and providing for me all these years. I now realize how much money it takes to raise a child without them having to go without anything. Thank you for always being so willing to invest in me. And thank you for gently watching over the path I chose in life. Also, the greatest gift I received from you is a bright, positive heart and mindset. Because of this, I can keep going even through tough times, and I feel you gave me the strength to always look forward in life. On top of that, you gave me this mysterious ability to be loved by the people around me constantly become my allies. I live each day surrounded and supported by wonderful people. Your incredible good luck has been passed down to my daughter as well, and she takes pride in how genuinely lucky she is. Thank you for leaving me with such wonderful gifts. I also believe my son is particularly adored by older men thanks to you. Thank you for giving me a positive mindset.
2 I am grateful to my mother. Thank you for always putting my sister and me first and supporting us. When I was little, I thought you were baggy, but now that I am raising my own child, I understand. I realize just how deeply loved I was while growing up. Thanks to being showered with love every single day, I leaned how to cherish others, and I was able to raise my own child while openly expressing love. Thank you for always being by my side as my greatest supporter.
3 I am grateful to my son. My son is the embodiment of love. I am so grateful that you were born into this world. Being with you has kept me going all this time. Your smile has always supported me, even your crying face is adorable, and ever since you were born, my world became a wonderful place. I know l caused you a lot of worry in the past, but I am okay now. Thank you for supporting me all this time. I am wholeheartedly cheering for your happiness and your life, so please feel free to try whatever you want to do. Don’t worry about holding back for my sake – just live your life vibrantly and enjoy it. Thank you for always supporting me.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
4 I am grateful to my daughter. Thank you for teaching me to live freely and openly with a fresh perspective on values. Thanks to you, I started reflecting on my own life. Thank you for showing me what it looks like to enjoy life and live proactively. I am looking forward to seeing you continue to live life on your own terms.
5 I am grateful for being born in Japan. I live a very rich and comfortable life.
6 I am grateful that I have been able to live safely and peacefully until now. I am thankful that I have been able to spend each day in good health without any major illnesses.
