息子と出会えたことに感謝します。息子が生まれて、世界が違って見えた。彩り。私が今まで見ていた世界は何色だったんだろうと感じるくらい、世界が色鮮やかに、美しく見えるようになった。息子が、泣いても笑ってもかわいい。自分より大切な人が、ことが、あるんだと知った。驚いた。世界が美しくて面白くて素晴らしいものだということを教えてくれた人。ありがとう。
娘と出会えたことに感謝します。娘と出会って、自分を満足させるということ、自分に満足するということを知りました。それまでの私は、人に愛されたいとばかり思っていました。不安でした。でも、自分を満たすためだけに進む娘を見て、自分の満し方とその素晴らしさを知りました。ありがとう。

Day 62
I am grateful for meeting my son. When he was born, the world looked completely different to me. It became full of color. The world started to look so vibrant and beautiful that I began to wonder what color the world I had been seeing before even was. Whether my son cries or laughs, he is adorable. I learned that there is someone, and something, more precious than myself. I was amazed. He is the person who taught me that the world is beautiful, interesting, and wonderful. Thank you.
I am grateful for meeting my daughter. Through meetings her, I learned what it means to satisfy myself and to be content with who I am. Until then, all ever thought about was wanting to be loved by others. I felt insecure. But seeing my daughter move forward purely to fulfill herself, I learned how to satisfy myself and how wonderful that is. Thank you.
I am grateful to my friend who taught me the practice of gratitude (Gratitude work). Thanks to Gratitude work, my life and my mindset have changed. I am now able to spend each day feeling happier and more at peace. Thank you.
